By creating an account or purchasing content on FinMaster Academy ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
FinMaster Academy grants you a limited, non-transferable licence to access purchased content during the active subscription or purchase period. Access is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share your account credentials with others.
All prices are displayed in USD or UGX as indicated. Payments are processed securely via Pesapal. By completing a purchase, you authorise FinMaster Academy to charge the stated amount. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase by contacting support. No refunds will be issued after 48 hours or after a certificate has been downloaded. Refunds are at the sole discretion of FinMaster Academy.
Purchased access to content expires after the period stated at the time of purchase (typically 90 days). Access is automatically deactivated on the expiry date. FinMaster Academy is not obligated to extend access after expiry.
All content on the Platform including videos, notes, quizzes, and course materials is the intellectual property of FinMaster Academy. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or resell any content without express written permission.
You agree not to: share login credentials, attempt to circumvent access controls, record or redistribute video content, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
FinMaster Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
FinMaster Academy reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
